“Let me elaborate on this.

You see, I’ve lost about 1 stone in weight. I haven’t altered my diet, it’s already good. I’m always giving my body what it needs nutritionally, I get regular movement in my life through dance, gym, walking and stretching. I was doing all this and yet my body was still being a little stubborn when it came to weight/fat loss.

So what changed?
